Dr. Seuss book from 1973. I have a question.?

I came upon a Dr. Suess book titled " Will you please go now". It looks like it could be one of the first prints. Inside is a signature and is signed "July 13, 1973, signed Theo Geisel". Is this worth something or nothing to be concerned about?
