I am a govt. servant inMCD. I was dealing with some important seat. A Group B officer stressed me to give him undue benefit of promotion to Group-A but I denied because he was not eligible. Then he in connivance with my junior and senior officers get me transferred from this seat and got his promotion later on. Can I complain this fact to CBI or Anti Corruption Deptt., Delhi. Will it not be violation of CCS(Conduct)Rules,1964. I had made a complaint in my department vigilance deptt. but he managed them. An administrative expert may answer this. Is it necessary to disclose my identity while making a complaint because he is very powerful and rich person.
