What is your opinion Taxpayer Dollars Fund Luxury Detention Centers for Illegal Immigrants?

it's not a crime to cross the border without papers, so why do they have the border patrol there ? We now do not require pports, just wave them on. If it's not a crime to enter America illegally, then we will have another 9-11, no papers, no checks, just wave them on. Illegals are detained because they broke the law and Mexico does not want them back.
