No one in family possesses a Durable POa for medical decision, can 1 make the decision?
If no one in the family possesses a Durable POA for medical decisions, can the decision to provide a life-changing medical procedure be authorized by just one or two (out of 7) siblings? Or does it have to be a majority or consensus type of decision?
