What's wrong with my cat?

I have 3 cats, and early this morning i heard them all running around. One of them ran into my brothers room and we found him stuck between the wall and the headboard. So every time we tried to get him out, he would growl and his. For the first couple years we had him, he only ate wet food, so once he finally came out, we offered him a can of wet food but he didn't even touch it. He was acting very cautious and wouldn't let anyone touch him. Now I have him locked in my room with me, and he is walking around and growling at nobody. He let me pet him and stroke him, but he didn't pur like he usually does. He smells, so I think he sprayed in my brothers room and now hes sitting by my bed watching my door. What's wrong with him?
