Swollen tender conch (ear) throbbing eardrums?

the part of my ear called the conch or concha is swollen rite on the edge by the whole of my ear, there is no puss, or sign of infection or pimple or anything. no redness, i thought it might be a pimple coming, but its along the top to the bottom of the opening of my ear (if that makes sense) should i put peroxide on it maybe?? just leave it alone?? its making my eardrums throb too.
