What kind of house plant is this?

The plant has green leaves, and the edges of the leaves are ruffled, or wavy. Looks like the leaves were cut out with those patterned scissors. The sticker on the plant says 4' foliage plant but that's it. Anyone have a clue? Correct answer 10 pts.
