Rabbit making nest wayyyy to early?

I bred her last week on the 2nd. Their both purebred show Jersey Woolies , so no worries about 'unwanted babies' I already have people interested. Anyway , They bred 4 times so then I put her back in her cage. Today I came by to feed and water them , and I noticed she had taken all the hay in her cage and moved it to the middle and made a nest...like a birds nest. At first i thought my dad had put in extra hay or re-aranged it..and i put some hay in the bald spots of the cage...but when I asked him he said he did no such thing...also when I moved my hand to spready the hay out she lunged at me...maybe moody from her pregnancy. But why did she make a nest so early? its only been a week.
