Aieee 2011 application verification ?

In verifying the data i clicked no change and then i reentered my appl. No. To verify the data they said u have already verified and cant do it now. There was a option to reprint verification form i clickd that then it was mentioned to send that page to cbse. I want to know that everyone has to send that or only those who require any change.
