How can i stretch my suede shoes slightly?

I have some size 3's but they are slightly too tight around the little toes and just a little at the back. the size 4's were far too big and these shoes are amazing a the perfect colour. How can i stretch them as they are Sade i am told they stretch im time i have tried wearing them round the house but not much joy yet. PLEASE HELP
