How to make a petition?

well actually im not sure how to ask my question. i want to do a petition type thing for the dolphins to not play in miami gardens anymore. its not smart for the dolphins to play there because miami gardens is suburbs and miami is a city and its logical for sports teams to play in cities where theres going to be more tourism and etc. theres also many other reasons but theres no need for me to them here. also i was reading on the miami herald that miami did a bid to host a wrestlemania. now thats really great for miami dade county BUT it said for it to be in miami gardens. now that is also not smart for the same reasons. the marlins are soon moving to their new stadium in miami which is the best thing to happen. now please if somebody would please help me on letting me know what can be done i would really appreciate it.
