Where can one purchase the parts for string and on closures?

I find lots of products that use string-and-on closures, but I cannot find a place to purchase the pieces (the little round cardboard ons, the string, and the small br rivets). I have tried many ways of searching but obviously not found just the right phrase, so some help is greatly appreciated
