Who designs/makes the dress that Echo wore in the first episode of Dollhouse?

In the first episode of the TV show Dollhouse, Echo (played by Eliza Dushku) she wears this short white dress. http://blogs.phillyburbs.com/news/remember-echo/page/9/ has a picture of it halfway down the page currently. I would love to know who makes this dress if anyone can help me!
